At Inland Surveyors, we value residential, commercial and rural property.

Our RICS Registered Valuers evaluates a property and issues a formal report on the property's current market worth. Our valuers will consider three comparable homes that have recently been sold in the same or a nearby neighbourhood in order to determine the property's market value.

General Valuation Summary:

• The valuation is provided by one of our Chartered Valuation Surveyors
• It involves our valuers carrying out a site visit
• The property is measured and photographed
• Detailed research on comparable evidence is undertaken as required
• A detailed written report is provided
